Provenance: Canterbury, Kent. Franciscan convent.
Location: Bodleian Library , Oxford
Shelfmark: Rawlinson D.913 fols. 83–89
Author/Title: Guy of Warwick (in French)
Type of evidence: inferred evidence
Notes on evidence:

'Hoc volumen conceditur ad vsum fratrum minorum de obseruantia Cantuarie' (fol. 87v, s. xv/xvi); inscription is in same form in Lambeth 1483.5 (printed book).

Date: s. xiv in.

These leaves were formerly the pastedowns (two bifolia) used in the medieval binding of Rawl. poet. 137.

Each bifolium measures 6½" x 9": this shows the format of the book from the binding of which they were taken to have been 13" x 9", since, as marks show, the bifolia were placed one above another on the same cover.
